Photography under taken for a new on board courier service from Airmacs Aviation. A specialist in the aviation charter and consultation sector. Airmacs required shots of a courier with parcel seated and boarding an aircraft, the delivery of a parcel to a client premises and a branding shot. The location chosen for the shoot was a local aviation museum that fortunately had a mock A350 aircraft cabin. The key to making this shoot work was to photograph the cabin interior as though it was airborne. As a mock aircraft there were no real windows and so the illusion of a window with a view and ambient light entering the window aperture was created using a single speed light flash placed close to the window. Then in post a sky and clouds was composited into the window and a reflection in the seat back added.
