Had a great time recently with the Benedetti Foundation on their program for adult string players. It was amazing to see people learn and play together. Especially moving was Florence Price’s composition ‘Adoration’ I had not come across her work before and was very moved learning about her life and the meaning behind the piece. I only had a couple of hours with the orchestra but I could have spent much more time just enjoying the playing.
