Step away from the office and update your LinkedIn headshot with a short, focused portrait session in the unique beautiful outdoor setting of Denbies Vineyard. With the autumn colours and Surrey Hills landscape as your backdrop, these sessions are designed for business owners and executives who want a natural and relaxed portrait that’s perfect for content creation, reinforcing approachability and place. 

Combine with a visit to the Vineyard shop, cafe or a stroll around the vineyard.

When:  17th October 2025 / Sessions run 8am-10am & 3pm-6pm

What’s included:

  • A 15-minute professional portrait session for one person.
  • Taken outdoors among the vineyard and autumn backdrop
  • £75 per session, limited slots available.
  • £30 deposit required to secure place  limited slots available. 
  • A private, password-protected online gallery to view your images.
  • One fully edited photographs of your choice. The option to purchase additional digital photographs afterwards.

Terms and Conditions – Mini Portrait Sessions

Payment and Booking

  • Session time slots are secured with a £30 deposit online payment. 
  • Each session costs £75 and balance must be paid on receipt of image proofs within 10 days by bank transfer. 

Refunds and Cancellations

  • Payments are refundable up to 48 hours before your scheduled session.
  • If you cancel within 48 hours of your session, the deposit fee is non-refundable.
  • Payments are transferable to another available session date if requested at least 48 hours in advance.
  • Full refund of deposit if you are are not 100% satisfied.

Weather Policy

  • As sessions are held outdoors, the date may need to change due to weather conditions.
  • In the event of rescheduling due to weather, you may choose to transfer your booking to a new date or request a full refund.
  • 2 days notice will be given to confirm if the session is going ahead or not. I will keep you informed up until the date.

Session Details

  • Sessions are for one person per booking.
  • Each session lasts 15 minutes and runs on a strict schedule.
  • Prompt arrival is essential. Please aim to arrive 10 minutes early. Late arrivals may miss their session or experience a long wait.

Images and Copyright

  • All images remain the copyright of Alex Orrow.
  • Alex Orrow retains the right to use images from the session across all media, including websites and social media.
  • Clients will be granted a licence to use the image in all media, at all times throughout the world.
  • Clients will have access to a private, password-protected gallery to view their photographs and the option to purchase images.
