Photographed the Grimsthorp half marathon today for Runner’s World Magazine. This was a beautiful setting to work in and I am pleased to have discovered the wonderful Grimsthorp Castle. http://alexorrowphotography.photoshelter.com/gallery/Grimsthrop-Half-Marathon/G0000ISlXW6Tn2mc

Go Beyond Mud & Mayhem Duathlon, Thetford – Gallery removed
All images from the 2010 Go Beyond Ultra Mud and Mayhem Off Road Duathlon at Thetford Forest have now been removed.
The second Mud and Mayhem event took place at Mayday Picnic area in Thetford Forest. The setting was similar to before without the snow blizzard! The perfect spring weather must have been a welcome change to those that remember the last event. Although I quite like the forest coated in frost and snow! Its probably not much fun to sprint and cycle on. So it was nice to see the large turnout for this Sunday’s event, with many more people there was a great atmosphere and competitive spirit. The event was great fun to photograph and the forest provided a lush backdrop to the images.
Must remember to try some of the Go Beyond Fruit Cake next time!!
